The rules that govern use of the Napeeto platform. By registering, publishing rates, or booking through Napeeto you accept the terms that apply to your role.

Platform Terms of Service

Napeeto operates a business-to-business marketplace that distributes contracted Maldives accommodation, transfer and experience rates from verified suppliers ("Partners") to verified resellers ("Agents"). Napeeto is the merchant of record between the two sides of each booking.

Eligibility. Platform access is granted to registered businesses only, after verification of trading identity and, where applicable, travel-trade licensing. Napeeto may decline or withdraw access at its discretion.
Accounts. You are responsible for activity under your logins and for keeping credentials secure. Notify Napeeto immediately of any suspected unauthorised use.
Role of Napeeto. Napeeto formats and distributes Partner rates, adds its commission, issues confirmations and vouchers, and settles funds between the parties. Napeeto does not own the accommodation or services and is not the travel organiser to the end traveller.
Pricing. The price shown to an Agent is the Partner's published net rate plus Napeeto's commission for that Partner. It is the Agent's total cost to Napeeto. The Agent's own retail price to the traveller is set solely by the Agent.
Bookings. A booking is confirmed only when the Partner confirms allotment and Napeeto issues a voucher. Availability shown before confirmation is indicative.
Content. Rates, descriptions and imagery published by a Partner remain the Partner's responsibility and must be accurate and lawful to distribute.
Acceptable use. No scraping, resale of platform data, misrepresentation, or circumvention of Napeeto to transact directly on bookings sourced through the platform.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Napeeto's aggregate liability arising from the platform is limited to the commission it earned on the affected booking. Napeeto is not liable for the acts or omissions of Partners or Agents.
Changes. Napeeto may update these terms with notice to registered users. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.

Partner Agreement

Applies to property owners, DMCs and other suppliers who publish inventory on Napeeto.

Rates. You publish net rates you are willing to receive, by season or year-round, together with board basis, minimum stay and any add-on services. Rates must be honoured for bookings confirmed while they are published.
Commission. Napeeto adds a commission, set per Partner and visible to you, on top of your net rate to form the Agent price. Your payout is your net rate in full; the commission is Napeeto's and is never deducted from you.
Allotment. You control the rooms released to the platform each month. Napeeto will only confirm bookings within released allotment; requests beyond it are passed to you as on-request enquiries.
Confirmations. You confirm or decline each enquiry promptly (target: one working day). A confirmed booking holds allotment and commits you to accommodate the guest as booked.
Vouchers. Napeeto issues the guest voucher. You must not invoice the guest for services shown as included on the voucher.
Settlement. Napeeto remits your payout by bank transfer on the weekly settlement run following the guest's stay, less nothing. A remittance advice is issued for each booking.
Cancellations. Your published cancellation policy applies. Napeeto passes through any charge due to you under that policy.
Term. Either party may end the arrangement with 30 days' notice. Bookings already confirmed are honoured to completion.

Agent Agreement

Applies to travel agencies, tour operators and resellers who book Maldives product through Napeeto.

Prices. The price shown to you is your all-in cost to Napeeto for that room, experience or package — commission included. You never see the Partner's underlying net rate or Napeeto's commission percentage.
Your retail price. You set and invoice your own selling price to the traveller. Napeeto is not a party to it and does not track it.
Booking & confirmation. A booking request is confirmed only when Napeeto issues a voucher. Until then, price and availability may change.
Payment. Napeeto invoices you on confirmation of each booking. Payment is due within your agreed terms from the invoice date. Late payment may suspend platform access and credit.
Credit. Any credit limit is set by Napeeto and may be varied or withdrawn. Bookings that would exceed available credit may require prepayment.
Vouchers & amendments. Issue the Napeeto voucher to your traveller for check-in. Amendment and cancellation requests are subject to the Partner's policy, passed through by Napeeto.
Disintermediation. For any booking sourced through Napeeto, you agree to transact through the platform and not to contract directly with the Partner to avoid commission.
Traveller relationship. You are the travel organiser to your client and responsible for consumer-law obligations in your market, including any financial protection requirements.

Privacy Notice

How Napeeto handles personal data in connection with the platform.

What we hold. Business contact details of Partner and Agent staff; guest lead names and party size for bookings; correspondence sent through the platform's messaging.
Why. To operate bookings, issue documents, settle funds, provide support, and prevent misuse. The lawful basis is performance of the contract with your business and our legitimate interest in running the platform.
Sharing. Guest lead name and stay details are shared with the relevant Partner to service the booking. Payment data is shared with our bank. We do not sell personal data.
Retention. Booking and financial records are kept for the period required by Maldives tax and company law; other data no longer than needed.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements. Contact hello@napeeto.com.
